  • Residential Home Inspection

    Our buyer’s home inspections are completely comprehensive. We will accompany you through a walkthrough and inspection of the home you’re interested in buying, and assess its condition using our multi-point home inspection checklist.

  • Multi-Family Inspection

    The main goal of every property inspection is to confirm that the property is indeed a good, solid purchase.  We want to help determine if there any life safety issues that need to be fixed (issues you could be held liable for), deferred maintenance items that need to be corrected, and if the financials are what the seller told you they were before the contract.

  • Radon Testing

    Radon is colorless, odorless, and extremely carcinogenic (cancer-causing). It can affect homes anywhere in the US, and the only way to check for elevated levels of radon in your home is with testing. Home tests are available, but we recommend professional testing for peace of mind.

  • Water Testing

    We work with EPA-certified laboratories to examine and assess water quality in your home. We can check for contaminants such as lead and heavy metals, bacteria, parasites, and other organisms and contaminants. If you have concerns about water quality, just give us a call to schedule a consultation right away.
